Doha: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani met yesterday with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan H E Ayman Al Safadi, who is visiting the country.
During the meeting, they reviewed relations between the two countries and ways of supporting and developing them.
Also, they touched on the latest developments in the Palestinian cause, especially the situation in occupied Jerusalem, in addition to discussing a number of regional and international issues of common concern.
The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, during the meeting, expressed the condolences of the State of Qatar to the government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the victims of the gas tank explosion in the port of Aqaba and its wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured, stressing the solidarity of the State of Qatar with Jordan in facing the effects of the leakage.
