Doha: Dynamite successfully defended the Bravo Box Cricket League (BBCL) title they won last year at the Bravo Cricket Academy-organised tournament held at the academy training grounds in Al Wukair recently. The final was a repeat of the last edition with United Mangalore finishing second.
The other teams which took part were M3B3, Cloud 7, 7 Wonders, Desert lions, EVO and United Lankan. Hassan, skipper of team Dynamite won the Man-of-theseries title, the Best Batsman title went to Sunil from United Mangalore.
The Tournament was sponsored by MR. Perfect Laundry and Hot Burger.

Many passionate cricketers who were longing to play one of the shortest and very exciting League Bravo Box cricket League tuned up for the tournament after Qatar government and Ministry of Health relaxed
their restrictions and opened the outdoor activities after 4 long months,” said Christopher, Head of Bravo Cricket Academy.
Christopher, while thanking the sponsors for their support and encouragement and said this type of tournaments will be made every quarterly. Christopher added that this format will help batsmen in their running between the wickets and to look out for the gaps, and to play along the ground as hitting out of the fence will mean a loss of wicket.
