Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Leadership Center (QLC) concluded the second edition of the "Young Leaders - Summer Camp 2025" Program, in cooperation with the American University of Beirut (AUB). The program is part of the center's programs aimed at empowering high school students in Qatar and equipping them with leadership skills and knowledge to meet their future aspirations.

The program lasted 15 days and brought together 60 male and female students from various public and private schools in the country. They were carefully selected through three admission stages, including online applications, assessments, and personal interviews, to ensure the selection of a qualified group of students for a distinguished educational experience.

The program included a series of interactive workshops, training sessions, and group activities, focusing on developing leadership skills, a spirit of community service, and personal financial management within a stimulating educational environment that emphasizes experiential learning and practical interaction.

The open discussion sessions with Qatar Leadership Center alumni were an inspiring part of the program. The alumni shared their personal experiences and leadership journeys, providing participants with real-life insights into their challenges and aspirations. This provided an opportunity for direct interaction, questioning, and broadening their horizons on leadership concepts and social impact.

The program also provided students with the opportunity to interact with a select group of trainers, experts, and inspiring speakers, helping to deepen their theoretical and practical understanding of effective leadership.

The program concluded with the presentation of participants' projects to a panel of experts. Students presented innovative ideas that reflected the skills they had acquired during the program and demonstrated their maturity and understanding of their future leadership roles.

This program is part of Qatar Leadership Center's efforts to prepare a generation of qualified young leaders and provide quality educational platforms that contribute to achieving Qatar National Vision 2030 through capacity building and promoting a culture of initiative and innovation.
