Those officials included Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia H E Kamarudin Jaffar; Undersecretary of State for Foreign and Security Policy in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Finland H E Kai Sauer; President of the National Coalition for Syrian Opposition and Revolutionary Forces H E Salem Al Meslet; the United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon H E Joanna Wronecka; ,Assistant Secretary-General for the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific H E Mohamed Khaled Khiari; United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Representative for Somalia H E James Swan, and member of the Advisory Committee of the Human Rights Council in Geneva H E Bouzid Lazhari.
