Doha: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) has announced temporary closure of two establishments for display and sale of expired items.
The businesses closed are Zwara Hood Al Ghalya Trading Company (Mall of Qatar) and Fasih Al Arab Trading Company (Al Wukair).
The ministry stated this in a tweet on its official account adding that these two commercial ventures are closed due to non-compliance with the ministry's circulars regarding display and sale of expired and unfit for use products.
It also stated that the first venture will be closed for a month while the second one will be closed for two weeks.
