Qatar and the United Nations Office at Geneva have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU), on the renovation and modernization of Hall 19, as an integrated project as a donation from the State of Qatar. The MoU was signed for Qatar by Permanent Representative of Qatar to the UN in Geneva H E Ali Khalfan Al Mansouri, and Director of the UN Office at Geneva Michael Moller.
