Doha: Al Khor recorded a convincing 5-1 win over Al Sailiya in Round 1 (Group A) of the 2020-21 season Ooredoo Cup at the Al Gharafa Stadium yesterday.
Al Sailiya took the lead through George Kossi in the 14th minute, but Al Khor staged a brilliant fightback to score five goals, through Khaled Radwan (30), Mohammed El Sayed (37), Helal Mohammed (57), Said Brahimi (73) and Jassim Al Muraikhi (90+4). Later, in the other Group A match, Al Wakrah and Qatar SC settled in for a one-all draw.
