Doha: Assistant Foreign Minister H E Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater met yesterday Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Australia H E Kathryn Campbell, in the presence of Ambassador of Australia to Qatar H E Jonathan Muir.
During the meeting, they reviewed aspects of cooperation between Qatar and Australia and ways of enhancing and developing them, especially in the fields of trade exchange and investment.
They also discussed developments in Afghanistan, mainly in related to women’s education, and a number of issues of common concern.
Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Australia H E Kathryn Campbell thanked the State of Qatar for its unremitting efforts in the peace process in Afghanistan.
