Doha: H E Minister of Culture and Sports Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali has praised the arrangements for the ongoing final round of the World Superbike Championship which being held at the Losail International Circuit where 74 riders from WorldSBK, WorldSSP and WorldSSP300 are competing.
H E Minister toured Losail International Circuit yesterday evening to follow up and inspect all preparations and arrangements. During the tour, he met with members of international teams participating in the championship, including the Team Yamaha, and also the QMMF Racing team rider Saeed Al Sulaiti who is participating in the WorldSSP race.
On the sidelines of the tour, during a meeting with President of Yamaha Motor Europe Eric de Seynes, in the presence of Qatar Motor & Motocycle Federation (QMMF) and Losail Circuit Sports Club (LCSC) officials, H E the Minister also discussed ways of enhancing future cooperation between the two parties as the company has been cooperating with LCSC since last season.
