Doha, Qatar: The QISH Center summer programme has successfully concluded after weeks filled with learning, creativity, and meaningful experiences that empowered our participants to grow with confidence and independence.
Throughout the programme, every activity was carefully designed to develop essential life skills while creating an enjoyable and supportive environment where every learner could thrive.

Participants engaged in a wide range of interactive activities that combined education with fun. Daily movement and exercise sessions enhanced motor skills, balance, coordination, and physical fitness. Practical cooking activities encouraged independence by teaching food preparation, sorting, and healthy eating habits.
Creative workshops allowed participants to express themselves through art, music, and sensory activities, while gardening sessions introduced them to the beauty of nature, responsibility, and teamwork.
Beyond developing practical skills, the summer programme focused on strengthening communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and self-confidence. Every activity was an opportunity for participants to practice working together, solving problems, and celebrating their achievements in a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
“The success of this year’s programme reflects the dedication of our therapists, teachers, and support staff, whose commitment ensured that every participant received personalised guidance and care. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our families for their continuous trust, encouragement, and partnership throughout the journey,” said a statement QISH Center.

It adds, “At QISH Center for People with Disabilities, we believe that learning extends far beyond the classroom by providing meaningful experiences that prepare individuals for greater independence, lifelong learning, and active participation in their communities.”
