Minister of Finance, H E Ali Shareef Al Emadi (fourth right), chairing the 48th Joint Annual Meeting of the Arab Financial Institutions held in Kuwait yesterday.  The Minister also presided over the 10th Ordinary Session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Finance. Delegates reviewed the 2018 overall performance of the financial institutions and discussed upcoming financing programmes.
