Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani attended the opening day of the first Qatar Challenge Festival for the camel race competitions for the tribesmen, held at Al Shahaniya Camel Racetrack, yesterday. The Emir attended the four main rounds of the Bikkar, Qadan and Almzmul (3 & 4 years old) on the silver symbols "Silver Sword, Silver shelfa (spear) and the two Silver Daggers." The competitions were also attended by a number of Their Excellencies senior officials, as well as camel racing lovers and enthusiasts.
