Doha: Mekdam Holding Group said that Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (AGM) was held yesterday. The meeting approved amending article no. 28 of the company’s articles of association so that the number of board members is increased to eight from seven.
The meeting also approved authorising the chairman to take the necessary steps to get the approval on the amended articles of association and to register it with concerned authorities.
