Doha: Thirty-two Qatari real estate brokers, (individuals and companies), took the legal oath before the Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee at the Ministry of Justice, after completing the licensing procedures under the provisions of Law No. (22) of 2017 regulating real estate brokerage activities, and passing the mandatory training course for licensed real estate brokers.
Assistant Undersecretary for Real Estate Registration and Documentation Affairs at the Ministry of Justice and Chairman of the Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee, Amer Saeed Al Ghafri welcomed the new batch of licensed real estate brokers, wishing them success in their real estate brokerage work.
He noted that this batch of brokers represents a valuable addition to the list of licensed brokers, who will contribute significantly to supporting and enhancing the growth and development of the real estate sector, thereby strengthening its investment appeal and safeguarding the rights of clients through accredited and licensed real estate brokers who are fully aware of the legal requirements for real estate transactions.
The Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee reiterated the importance of dealing with licensed real estate brokers, as this is crucial for preserving everyone’s rights and ensuring that transactions proceed optimally.
