Doha: The Seashore Group - Souq Al Baladi GIMS Cup Volley Fest 2021, organised by Volleyball Loving Indians in Qatar (VoliQ) at Qatar Sports Club and Aspire Academy is in its final stage.
After completing the initial phase of the first round matches, GIMS Udaya Mattannoor and Brothers Vanimel teams have secured straight semi-final berths. The other two semi finalists will be decided in the reverse qualifier between Acon Swapna Balussery, Archana Pazhankav, Brothers Moolad and St. Peters Sports club today and tomorrow. The final will be held at Aspire Academy December 3 at 6PM.
The sponsorship agreement documents were signed at a ceremony held at Qatar Volleyball Association conference Hall.
Representing Souq Al Baladi - one of the title sponsors - Sadikh received the document from Mohammed Easa, chief patron of VoliQ. Representatives from some of the sponsors, EMCO, Air master, Acon Holding and 89.6FM Radio Malayalam also were present. VoliQ President Mohammed Najeeb, Gen. Secretary Ashique Ahmed, vice president Basheer TTK and Treasurer Ashik Mahe also were present.
