Doha: Qatar SC will be hoping to continue fine performance when they take on Al Arabi in Week 7 of the 2020-21 season QNB Stars League at their home turf tomorrow.

Qatar SC made a big leap in the last round as they jumped from the bottom of the table to eighth position with six points following their 1-0 victory over Al Wakrah, with new recruit Youcef Belaili netting the winner.

Qatar SC’s other victory was the 1-0 verdict over last season’s runners-up Al Rayyan in Week 3.

The Kings, under ex-Qatar international midfielder Younis Ali, lost 0-2 to Al Gharafa, 1-2 to reigning champions Al Duhail, 1-2 to Al Kharaitiyat and 0-1 to Umm Salal.

Al Arabi, coached by Icelander Heimir Hallgrimsson, are 10th with five points (one victory, two draws and three defeats).

The Dream Team beat Umm Salal 2-1, but lost 0-2 to Al Ahli and 1-2 to Al Gharafa.

They drew 2-2 with Al Khor and 2-2 with Al Wakrah before crashing to a 1-4 defeat against Al Sadd in the Qatar Derby in the last round.
