Doha: The Ministry of Interior announced that the special numbers recently auctioned on Metrash2 would carry the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 logo beginning next month.
“The special plate numbers that were recently auctioned on Metrash2 will carry the World Cup logo. From next month, these numbers will be installed on new vehicles only with a new registration with the World Cup logo,” an official from the Traffic Department pavilion at Milipol Qatar Exhibition said.
The General Directorate of Traffic organised an electronic auction for unique numbers, which will conclude today at 10pm.
