This distinction is offered to real estate brokerages who have been fully certified by the Real Estate Department at The Ministry of Justice and have completed their registration process. “The Real Estate Department at the Ministry of Justice encourages all brokerages and real estate companies who are promoting their units online to be fully registered and accredited,” commented Khaled Hassan Al Mahshadi, Director of the Real Estate Brokerage Department at the Ministry of Justice. “The addition of details such as full addresses and names of those who are licensed to practice real estate for each company gives consumers the opportunity to deal with approved brokers within a legal framework.”
