Qatar welcomes Russia and Ukraine’s deal on grains exports

Doha: The State of Qatar welcomed on Friday the agreement signed in Istanbul between the Russian Federation and Ukraine, backed by the United Nations and the Republic of Turkey, to resume grains exports.
The State of Qatar said that the move was a step in the right direction to address the global shortage in food products. 
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said a statement Qatar’s appreciation of the UN and the Republic of Turkey’s efforts in helping reach the agreement.
