The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani participated in the opening session of the 26th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Kigali, in the friendly Republic of Rwanda, held under the slogan 'Delivering A Common Future: Connecting, Innovating, Transforming' at Kigali Convention Center this morning.
A number of Their Excellencies, leaders of countries, heads of government and official delegations participated in the session, as well as members of the official delegation accompanying HH the Amir.
