Kigali: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani attended the dinner banquet held yesterday by President of the friendly Republic of Rwanda H E Paul Kagame in honour of Their Excellencies and Highnesses Heads of State and Government and senior officials participating in the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting, at the Kigali Convention Center.
HH the Amir arrived yesterday in Kigali to participate in the 26th Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting, in the Republic of Rwanda. His Highness and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Kigali International Airport by Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation H E Dr. Vincent Biruta, Ambassador of Qatar to Rwanda H E Misfer Faisal Al Shahwani, and members of the Qatari Embassy. H H the Amir is accompanied by an official delegation.
