Prime Minister inaugurates Milipol Qatar

Doha: Prime Minister and Minister of Interior H E Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani inaugurated the 14th edition of Milipol Qatar on Tuesday morning. 

This year’s exhibition sees participation from 220 exhibitors from 22 countries and 99 local companies at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC) and will conclude on May 26. 

Milipol Qatar is the international event for homeland security and civil defence in the Middle East.

According to organisers, exhibitors will come from Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia, and 60% of the exhibitors will be first time participants. The exhibiting companies making their debut include Australia, Canada, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, India, the Netherlands and Slovakia. 
The exhibition also contains pavilions representing five countries, including France, North America, Germany, Italy, and Austria, participating in the event for the first time and the individual international participation.
