Alfardan Premier Motors Co, the exclusive retailer of Land Rover in Qatar, has unveiled the full-sized, three row, seven-seat all-new Land Rover Discovery SUV during the 2017 Qatar Motor Show.
Boasting unbeatable capability and versatility, the all-new Discovery clearly embodies Land Rover’s drive to go 'Above and Beyond', combining British desirability with an unstoppable spirit of adventure. The fifth-generation model benefits from Land Rover’s strong, safe and light full-size SUV architecture, delivering comfort and adaptability like no other.
Revealed to a selection of key media, Qatar’s most notable VIP guests in addition to loyal Land Rover customers, the Discovery was on display at Jaguar Land Rover’s stand, giving guests a first look at the vehicle’s dynamic appearance, sophisticated surfaces and precisely engineered details.
Speaking at the launch, Rabih Ataya, General Manager for Alfardan Premier Motors, said: “Since its reveal, the all-new Discovery has been highly anticipated by customers here in Qatar. Powered by Jaguar Land Rover’s efficient six cylinder engine, the all-new Discovery is paired with a smooth and responsive ZF eight-speed automatic gearbox. Land Rover’s advanced 340PS supercharged petrol 3.0-litre V6, the Si6, provides 450Nm of torque to deliver relaxed performance and capability.
