The Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, sent a similar cable to Zuma.

Doha: Qatar’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs H E Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud returned here last evening coming from China after participating in the fourth Summit of Heads of State of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (Cica), which was held in Shanghai on May 20 and 21.
The Deputy Prime Minister left China earlier yesterday.
He was seen off at the Shanghai International Airport by Qatar’s Ambassador to China, Sultan bin Salmeen Al Mansouri, and a number of senior officials of the Chinese Foreign Ministry and the Shanghai administration.
