Doha: Ministry of Public Health has updated the list of countries subject to COVID-19 Red Health Measures.

The new list comes into effect on Saturday, 26 March 2022 at 7pm arrival time in Qatar.

MoPH removed Georgia and Jordan from the list, and now it has seven countries - Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka.

Qatar had recently removed hotel quarantine and PCR test requirements for all fully vaccinated or recovered citizens and residents even if they are coming from countries in Red Health Measures.

The unvaccinated or non-immune residents will have a 5-day hotel quarantine if coming from Red Health Measures countries and for citizens, it is 5 days home quarantine.
