Doha, Qatar: The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, received HE Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkiye, on the sidelines of the 11th meeting of the Qatari-Turkish Supreme Strategic Committee.
During the meeting, they reviewed cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them. They also discussed developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories in light of the ceasefire agreement in the Strip, in addition to a number of topics of common interest.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed the need for concerted regional and international efforts to ensure the full implementation of the agreement, paving the way for the long-desired sustainable peace and stability in the region.
