The volume of real estate transaction in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from April 11 to April 15 this year amounted to QR276,898,312.
The weekly bulletin issued by the department stated that the list of real estate traded for sale included vacant lands, residences, residential buildings, mixed-use vacant lot, a commercial building, and a mixed-use building.
Most of the trading took place in the municipalities of Al Wakra, Al Da’ayen, Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Khor, Al Dhakira, Umm Salal, and Al Shamal.
