Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a written message to the President of the Republic of Mali, Ibrahim Boubacar Keita, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of enhancing and developing them.
Qatar’s Ambassador to the Republic of Mali, Abdulrahman bin Ali Ajaj Al Kubaisi, handed over the message during a meeting with the President of Mali in Bamako.
