Mohamed Abu Taima won the gold medal in the men’s 50m rifle three positions on the concluding day of the Amir Cup Shooting and Archery Championship at the Lusail Shooting Complex yesterday.
Mohamed Sobhi claimed the silver medal, while Amal Mohamed finished with bronze medal. In the 25m central-fire pistol for men, Ahmed Al Shammari secured the gold medal. Mohamed Al Tamimi won the silver, while Ali Murshid claimed bronze medal. In the women category of the event, Nasra Mohammed won gold medal.
Mariana Quintanilla won the silver medal and Zainab Bu Fatim finished with the bronze. In the young women’s category, Al Anoud Al Kaabi and Al Jazi Al Kathiri won the gold and silver medals respectively. Al Daleel claimed the bronze. In the women’s 50m rifle three positions Aisha Al Suwaidi triumphed to win gold medal. Abdullah Al Sunaidi claimed silver ahead of Ahmed Al Ali.
