The two-day conference was inaugurated by Turkish Minister of Transport, Marine Affairs and Communications, Ahmet Arslan, and the Director General of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) Bishar A Hussein. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Qatar’s Ambassador to Turkey Salem bin Mubarak Al-Shafi.
The conference attracts several ministers and decision makers who will discuss hot topics relevant to e-commerce industry such as marketing, payment platforms and customer service.
