Geneva: The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Prince Zeid bin Raad Al Hussein, met here with Chairman of Qatar National Human Rights Committee (NHRC), H E Dr. Ali bin Samikh Al Marri.
During the meeting, Dr Al Marri explained the latest humanitarian situation resulting from the siege on the State of Qatar.
The NHRC Chairman briefed the High Commissioner on the efforts of National Human Rights Committee in the face of the increasing violations against the citizens and residents of Qatar as well as the citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries due to the siege.
