Qatar Swimming Association (QSA) President Khaleel Al Jaber briefs the FINA Extraordinary Congress on a number of topics including Doha's preparations for the 2023 FINA World Championships and the FINA World Masters Championships. The FINA Congress is being held on the sidelines of the 15th FINA Swimming World Championships (25m), which is underway in Abu Dhabi.
