Qatar has strongly condemned the assassination of the Mayor of Misurata, Mohamad Eshtewi, after being kidnapped by an armed group. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar’s total rejection of criminal acts, whatever motives and reasons, that contravene all values, and stressed the need to bring the perpetrators to justice.
