Doha, Qatar: Qatari men and women have until today (Tuesday, October 20) to register for the Quran Categories branch of the Sheikh Jassim bin Mohammed bin Thani Holy Quran Competition, with the organising committee urging citizens to complete their registration before the deadline.
Chairman of the organising committee Jassim Abdullah Al Ali said the competition features graduated categories that allow participants to develop their memorisation skills, improve their recitation and progress according to their abilities.
Al Ali emphasised that the competition serves as an educational initiative that promotes a deeper relationship with the Holy Quran.
