GWC founds new company as shipping agent

Doha: The Gulf Warehousing Company (GWC), a Qatari public shareholding company, has announced the establishment of Synergy Shipping Services, a 100 percent subsidiary of GWC, as a shipping agent, and the establishment of a 100 percent subsidiary of GWC in Oman.

GWC was founded in 2004 and was listed in Qatar Stock Exchange in the same year. Its authorised capital is QR586.03m.
