DOHA: Barwa Real Estate Company yesterday announced Ahmad Abdulla Ali Al Abdulla as the new Acting Group CEO of the company.
He replaces Abdulla Abdulaziz Al Subaie, former Group CEO, who resigned recently, the local Arabic daily Al Sharq reported yesterday.
However, Al Subaie, also a member of the Board of Directors, will continue to hold the position.
The daily also reported that Al Subaie has tendered his resignation as he is set to assume a key position (Under Secretary) in a ministry.
However, it did not identify the ministry.
