Ahmed Al Suwaidi guided Ziza56 to win the FL1 Class (0.8m) of the Al Shaqab Equine Education Department (EED) Show Jumping Competition, at the Al Shaqab Arena, yesterday.
Al Suwaidi and clocked a time of 49.94 secs to win the event, which saw an impressive line-up of 34 entries.
Gaele50, ridden by Mooza Al Thani, win the second place in 50.17 secs while Alharith M Al Jumily won the third place on Gaele39.
In the FL2 class, junior riders excelled with impressive performances.
Frostie25, with Hamad N Al Maadeed in the saddle, completed the routine in 41.14 secs to top the field.
Nidji26, ridden by Ghanim F Al Khatareen, finished second with a time of 44.47 while Yara Abbas came third on Frostie15.
