Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors - Qatar Chapter (IIQS-Qatar), associated to Indian Business and Professionals Council (IBPC) under the aegis of Embassy of India, successfully conducted its first Continuing Professional Development (CPD) event at Lulua Hall of Radisson Blu Hotel last week. The event was attended by more than 50 members and guests.
Sickander Habeeb Rahuman, E&M and Industrial Projects Director, Unicorp Qatar delivered a lecture on the topic “QS Objective v/s Management Objective in Claim Preparation” which was followed by an interactive question and answer session.
The lecture comprehensively covered various aspects of Claims Preparation, Submission & Negotiation with a particular emphasis on the management perspective relating to claims management. The attendees found the presentation quite interesting and beneficial. Anshul Gupta, IIQS-Qatar President, welcomed the attendees.
