Centre of Legal and Judicial Studies inaugurates training manual for 2018

Doha: The Centre of Legal and Judicial Studies at the Ministry of Justice inaugurated the Legal and Judicial Training Manual for 2018, which includes compulsory and specialised courses, besides the general and detailed objectives for each session to achieve the goals for which this guide was drafted.
The Minister of Justice and Acting Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs H E Dr Hassan bin Lahdan Al Mohannadi said that the preparation of the guide comes within the framework of the directives of the Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, to develop our educational and research institutions and adopt the best development and training strategies in the legal and judicial work, especially in light of the legislative and cognitive development which is growing at an accelerated pace, where there is no place for non-distinguished and creative people, and in light of the State’s witnessing of an integrated legislative renaissance that necessitates creating an appropriate environment for qualification and training in order to achieve the objectives of the vision of good governance by preparing a qualified Qatari legal generation to assume leadership and responsibility positions.
The Minister of Justice and Acting Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs said in the Centre concluded a series of memoranda of cooperation with local and international educational and training centres to support the Centre with the best expertise and training programs in the region which will be reflected in the quality of the training programs this year, which was prepared to be in line with the legal and legislative changes taking place in the country and to provide Qatari legal trainees with the latest scientific and practical legal expertise and experiences that will directly contribute to realizing Qatar National Vision 2030 by supporting the human development pillar, especially the qualification and training aspect, which is carefully nurtured and supported by the Government.
