Doha: Secretary-General of the Qatar Olympic Committee, HE Jassim Rashid Al Buenain, affirmed that sports in Qatar have managed during the past four decades, and since the establishment of the Qatar Olympic Committee on 14 March 1979, to write a history full of achievements at all levels, pointing to the mark the heroes of Al-Adam have left on various regional and international forums.
This came during the anniversary ceremony of the founding of the Qatar Olympic Committee and the launch of its new strategy 2023-2030.
