Doha: Qatar Holding issued yesterday a resolution re-forming the Board of Directors of Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) under the Chairmanship of H E Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, Minister of Commerce and Industry.
As per the announcement, the structure of the new Board is as follows: H E Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari (Chairman), Mansoor Ibrahim Al Mahmoud (Vice Chairman), Hamad Khalaf Al Maadadi (Board Member), Andre Went (Board Member) Sheikh Salman bin Hasan Al Thani (Board Member), Tamim Hamad Al-Kuwari (Board Member), Waleed Jassim Al Musallam (Board Member) Yousuf Mohammed Al jaida (Board Member); and Rashid Ali Al Mansoori (Board Member), a statement issued by Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) said yesterday.
The resolution stipulated that the membership is a four-year term renewable for one or more terms.
The Qatar Exchange expressed its thanks and gratitude to the previous Board and congratulated the new Chairman, Vice Chairman and Board members and wished them success in their efforts to achieve the ambitions of investors in the Qatari market.
