Doha: Qatari Diar Real Estate Company announced the completion of the first phase of its project, Sea Pearl Atakoy, in Istanbul, noting that all buyers will be given their residential units and full services will be completed at this stage, which includes 4 residential towers with 634 apartments, QNA reported yesterday.
Qatari Diar also announced that it is currently in the process of launching the second phase of the project, which includes four residential towers, a five-star hotel, landscaped gardens and retail units.
The CEO of Qatari Diar Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah expressed the company’s pride in its project, “Sea Pearl Atakoy” in Istanbul, which reflects the deep relationship between Qatar and Turkey, adding that projects represents the strategic partnership between Qatari Diar and the Turkish developer Kuzu, one of the largest contracting companies in Turkey.
He stressed that confidence in the strength of the Turkish economy was the catalyst behind the follow-up and the implementation of this unique project, pointing out that the work is continuing to finish the second phase, noting that the project represents a real addition to the real estate scene in Istanbul.
Qatari Diar is building a 128,000 sq meter mixed-use project at Sea Pearl Atakoy, which overlooks the banks of the charming Marmara Sea. It consists of 8 residential towers with 1480 residential units, a 5-star hotel with 120 private hotel units and 95 hotel apartments, shops, and all hotel rooms, enjoy spectacular sea view.
