Minister of Commerce & Industry and Acting Minister of Finance H E Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari has met with Sri Lanka’s State Minister of Regional Cooperation H E Tharaka Balasuriya yesterday via video conferencing.
During the meeting, the officials touched on the bilateral relations between the two countries and discussed aspects of cooperation, especially in the commercial, investment and industrial fields, as well as ways to enhance and develop them.
During the event, Minister Al Kuwari also highlighted the economic policies that Qatar had adopted and its contribution to abolishing restrictions on foreign investment and creating more opportunities for companies looking to invest in Qatar.
