Brussels: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a written message to President of the European Council H E Charles Michel, pertaining to bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and the European Union and the means to enhance them.
The message was handed over by Ambassador of Qatar to the European Union and NATO H E Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Malki, during his meeting yesterday with Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of the European Council H E Manon Barthod.
