Doha: The Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani yesterday held a telephone conversation with India’s Bharatiya Janata Party leader Narendra Modi and congratulated him on his party’s victory in the general election.

Jaber bin Ali Al Nuaimi, Director, Al Shamal Municipality, issued a decision following violation of the law on human food control by selling foodstuff unfit for consumption. The decision, which included the destruction of seized foodstuff, has been published on the page of closed food outlets on the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning website.
