Doha: The Qatar Cricket Association (QCA) will hold the Basic Level Umpiring Course for local umpires at the Qatar Olympic Committee Hall from December 27.
The three-day course, to be concluded on December 29, will be conducted Shivani Mishra, an international umpire from Qatar, Mohammad Naseem and Riaz.
The course, which is aimed at updating the participants in various aspects of umpiring, will begin at 5.30 pm and come to an end at 8.30 pm each day, according to a press release issued by the QCA yesterday.
