Doha: Ezdan Real Estate Company has revealed that commercial and service areas in Ezdan Oasis are witnessing a massive turnout and leasing requests are hitting high records. Rental price index for the commercial and service sector in the project has exceeded 90,000 square metres distributed over hypermarkets, cafes, restaurants, laundries, car service centres, a school, supermarket and others, while the index continues to pile up gradually, Ezdan Real Estate said.
