Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani is received at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport by Malaysia’s Minister of Defence Hishammuddin Hussein, yesterday.
Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani arrived yesterday evening in Kuala Lumpur for a two-day visit to Malaysia.
The Emir and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport by Malaysia’s Minister of Defence Hishammuddin Hussein, Minister of International Trade and Industry, Mustapa Mohamed, Qatar’s Ambassador to Malaysia, Issa Mohamed Al Mannai and members of the Qatari Embassy in Kuala Lumpur.
Emir will also visit Singapore and Indonesia, at the invitation of leaders of these countries. During the visits, the Emir will hold talks with the leaders of these countries on bilateral relations and means of developing cooperation, in addition to a number of issues of common concern. A number of agreements and MoUs in various fields will be signed during the visits.
