Amir issues law promulgating Public Prosecution Law

Doha: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Tuesday Law No. 9 of 2023, promulgating the Public Prosecution Law.

The law is effective and is to be published in the official gazette.
