US Ambassador James F Dobbins, special representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan, arrives at the Meeting of the International Contact Group (ICG) on Afghanistan and Pakistan in Tokyo yesterday. Fifty representatives from countries and international organisation gathered for the one-day conference.
